Joe was first drawn into the event industry in 2015, eventually finding his way into positions including Marketing, Sales, and Consulting. Joe has a diverse creative background in 3D and graphic design, woodworking, and large format printing. He brings his unique perspective and jack-of-all-trades skillset to every project he’s involved in.
A dreamer at heart, he thrives on bringing his clients’ visions to life. His hands-on approach and creative mindset make him an invaluable asset to the DXD Team.
Outside of work, Joe loves working out, playing hockey, and spending time with his wife and son.
He’s passionate and truly committed to every project, always ready to roll up his sleeves and put his skills to the test. Whether it’s designing graphics, building custom pieces, or managing logistics. With Joe on board, you can trust that your event will be nothing short of spectacular.
Jesse is a seasoned event industry professional with 10+ years of experience under his belt. With DXD Events, he’s often mapping event logistics, building relationships with clients or managing the creative production team. He takes pride in being fully involved and committed to projects from concept to completion.
Before finding his calling in events, Jesse worked as a Graphics Department Director and spent 15+ years in the construction industry as an Account Executive and Project Manager, leading union and non-union laborers nationwide. His background makes him uniquely qualified to manage and navigate all the people and moving parts that go into a successful event.
He’s a dedicated family man and a volunteer Little League coach, helping to shape the lives of local and inner-city youth in his community.
